The goal for my design is to educate visitors about the land, its ecosystems, while
acknowledging its indigenous heritage. The design aim to increase visitor engagement by
providing diverse recreational opportunities Additionally, The design ensures the preservation
and enhancement of biodiversity for future generations through habitat restoration.

Inspired by the indigenous rocks naturally present in the meadows, the design embraces
their sustainability, energy efficiency, and durability. Incorporating native plants and herbs,
the project draws from centuries of Native American traditions, where herbs have been
used to heal the body, purify the spirit, and restore balance in life and nature (Legends of
America). Additionally, the use of native vegetation plays a vital role in habitat restoration,
supporting local ecosystems and biodiversity

Concept & Inspiration
This design is inspired by the indigenous rocks scattered across the meadows—natural elements that are not only timeless but also sustainable, energy-efficient, and incredibly durable. These rocks anchor the space both physically and symbolically, grounding the design in the local landscape.
A central motif of the dream catcher symbolizes the interconnectedness of all living things. Its circular form reflects the cycle of life, honoring Native American traditions and their deep reverence for nature.
The planting palette features native plants and healing herbs traditionally used by Native American communities. As Legends of America states, “For thousands of years, Native Americans have used herbs to heal the body, purify the spirit, and surroundings.” This approach not only celebrates cultural heritage but also supports habitat restoration and ecological resilience.
